This virus has reached unprecedented levels of destruction to the Ameircan economy. Their has been no recorded event in modern history that can even compare to the trials and tribulations human beings around the world are facing today. Getting lost in all the madness is the absolute bind that small business owners are being put in during these times. This aspect isn’t very recognized by my fellow bloggers at https://www.theamericanconservative.com/blogs/. Their blog is more based upon conservative ideals attempting to reach a majority republican audience. They seemingly fail to realize or care about the problems of those who may not be as well off as them.
Unlike most major cooperations, small business’s do not have the funds to continue paying workers without then own steady source of income. So in times like this the morality of it all greatly comes into play. Many owners are having to fire their workers or simply allow themselves to go bankrupt. New bills have been created guaranteeing the reimbursement of businesses that continue to pay their workers after all the chaos has died down.. but what happens to the businesses that go under. It feels almost criminal to allow hardworking citizens to lose everything just because of an unforeseen pandemic that NO ONE was ready for.
